I'm thinking to buy but i have a Hudy starter box for 1/18 nt18. can i use it for this car as well?

oh! too bad !! I just buy a new 09R and when I assemble it and find a part is duplicated and missing one part!!! what can I do??? can I buy back whole set to ask for the missing part?? I bought it at "Yau Pong". Would he give back the missing part to me????
