Problem of Spektrum DX3R

I'm currently using Spektrum DX3R.

The 'enter' mode of the roller button is always different to function.

Even heavily press the roller button, it still no response.

Any c-hing can share experience how to solve this problem?

Warranty still valid if I lost the invoice?

I'm also using DX3R but have no problems with the roller button at all! In fact I'm quite happy with it.

I would try to open the casing and I think you can find the parts (probably a micro switch) in Ap Liu Street.
