吓!!  咁 Xpower 明唔明咩叫知識產權??  

actually PN racing started off by copying other brands' products.  some of their earlier motor pods were copies of ATM.

and IF these motor pods (or other RC parts) do not have copyrights or patents, what's wrong with copying?

Pls pay attention to the statement again。   P N racing intended to forbidden  the distributor/dealer from selling Xpower product.    This is clearly a kind of   霸權主義 .   Don't you think this is the proper way P N racing should adopt to protect their alleged intelligent  right.  ????

the proper way is obviously not forbidding x power to sell their stuff. They shouldve obtained patents for their products to protect their so called "intellectual properties", as others have mentioned.
