copied from the instruction setup advice:

front: 50 shore tyre @ 47mm
side: V54P pink med @ 50mm
rear: V54s pink soft @ 52mm

there is a lot of potential in this type of side car, imagine get another channel and add a servo to move some weight around in action

The antenna, I will check it.  Yes, my Japanese friend said that the Side Car is become popular in Japan.

有趣的東西,比孖星更像真

Still want a 540 class motor, need to be a little overpowered to feel the 'fun' factor

Yes. I've installed it. Do your kits have the "antenna" holder thing? Mine seems to be missing. Unless it's an option. Lame if it is. Also just found that Mardave's site is up and running where it was not before. Interesting to note that the sidecar has taken off in Japan too. They mentioned that there are at least 80 chassis there now.

I have a couple packs of IP 1.9K mAH that seem to be able to fit into the original batter tub. So will probably use those. You?

What battery you using in Side car ?  I plan to test run in JV once finished assembly.

Same question I have asked the shop supplier in England and got their rep ...

thx for the info. I was going to be cheap and just use one of my existing bl and use the limiter on my tx to calm it down a bit. Maybe you can try that also before getting another bl. Unless you have a 22t already of course.

Same question I have asked the shop supplier in England and got their reply as below :

"Glad you like your sidecars.
The speed control that comes with the kit will only cope with motors down to 23t like the one supplied.
In our experience it is counter productive to put faster motors in the sidecars. They are hard enough to control as standard.
Brushless motor and speeed controller would be ok but only MILD, equivalent to 22t.

Dear Ching,  what motor you planing to use ?  will you use the motor came ...

c-hing, I have no idea. what's a white pig equivalent, 17.5? Try it out and go from there I guess. Did you buy different spur sizes also? how's your build coming along?
