it worked out to be the same....i use 9550 to aviod the heat from motor which might affect the Rx/ESC....so i mount the Rx on top of the servo...not much different between ur method...

Agreed .. urs deemed to be better though .. it can eliminate potential motor interfere ^_^

This ABC mini arrived at KWS this afternoon, I brought the cube immediately at HKD98X. The car is nice but a bit expensive.

Dear James, i just read the manual, I recognized that there is a addition paper, which parts I need to pay more attention to. Thanks in advance.

the different between the front and rear arms....they are slightly different.....i didnt notice that at the beginning as well...

Bro James, will you put the lights in your cube.  I just order the lights with action hobby, awaiting their phone call.  Do you know the ABC lights set have any special functions. I want to order the SSG carbon chassis, but too expensive.  Around HKD500, crazy.

Yes i will...but not started yet.....I have got some LED lights from the "electrical shop"...just gonna DIY....what kind of special features does the light kit has?

Which set u are preferring .. Br James ..

M got both Yokomo & ABC ..

A. Yokomo
Head Light - Constant Flashing
Hazard Light - Turns on 5 sec when throttled neutral
Brake Light - Constant Flashing
Tail light - Constantly lighted

B. ABC

Head Light - Constantly Lighted
Hazard Light - Flashing when throttled neutral
Brake Light - Flashing when braking
Tail Light Constantly lighted

I think DIY is much more cheaper & u may choose variety of coloured LED u want . .. Only cost less than $60HK for 8 to 10 LEDs with wirings & plug ( connect to 3ch of ur receiver )

ABC....more realistic...

Mr. Kawada, could you take more picture about your LED layout?  and the part number or spec. for the LED, if the LED light set is DIY.  Appreciate for your help as I want to DIY a light set as well....  Thanks in advance

I just received my ABC light set from Action Hobby, the price is a bit crazy HKD28x, but it is really complicated.  This unit will co-operate with the ESC with the brake light effect and when the throttle is in the neutral position, the four hazard lights will on.  The set included a transparent light bulbs holder for any 1/10 rc car.  
This set is really good design.

Yo .. congrat for ur success .. but mine will dim once i switched on my receiver .. furthermore, inorder to stabilize the output voltage ( 6V powered by receiver ) recommend to solder a resistor to each of the LED .. ( sorry cant remember the exact figure of the resistor )

Nope it wont hurt a bit .. will only consume ur battery that makes ur vechile run time shorter ( around 2 to 3 mins  ) thz all

Its quite reasonable indeed .. it sold at similar price in Japan also .. I think the ABC light set is the most comprehensive unit for RC body lights .. it also bundled with a set of lexan light bucket that can be mount on different bodies ..

Hi .. u need to get urself the followings : -

1. Ultra Bright LED - variety of colours available like .. Blue, White, Yellow .. for brake light u may choose Ordinary RED Led more cheaper only around $1 each
2. Resistor to stabalize the voltage ..u may ask the shopper for recommendation .. output 6V and regulate to suit the LED input voltage .. solder those resistor to each of the LED ( + ) - if I'm not wrong pls confirm with the shopper also
3. receiver plug + wires ..
