Mine is on-road version's side bar.  If you have off-road version you can modified it easly by using the mounting hole at back.

Set it to the rear the bike will have more steering when the side bar is touching the ground (good for on-road).  Set it to the middle would be more stable (good for offroad).

I use 5000 35C normal car battery and it fit very good wor....  let's play together sometime.  hehe
