The PCE-892 is not a minesweeper. She has no sweeping gear or paravanes and although it is a very similar ship to the Admirable Class minesweeper, she is outfitted for the role of a gun ship only. PCE means Patrol Craft Escort.
The Dumas kit is sort of an entry-level or beginner's kit so some of the fittings are crude. However, 1/96 is a popular and well-established scale and aftermarket fittings are available--maybe not in China but they are available.

I never mind she is a minesweeper or a gun ship, I like the size, ship size is 58.5 x 11 x 27cm, box size is 60 x 14 x 24cm, she would be my best parter during on a trip or traveling.
