Have you lock the diffs yet? At least lock the center diff. Then depending if you want to go climbing, lock the rear first and then if not enough traction, lock the front too. It is A LOT different than if you didn't lock any of them.

I haven't seen a stock diff for a while since I changed to another transmission. But as diablo said, you can use hot glue to do the center diffs, or if I remember correctly, it is possible to put 2 screws and nuts through the diff. Just be creative, your main objective is to make it so the ball diff in the center doesn't work

For the axles, it is very easy. I think there are 4 bevel gears in the diff, correct? Take one of them and place it between 2 other bevel gears. This locks the diffs because the gear will prevent them from spinning. It is removeable too, so if you don't like it, you can return back to factory settings.
