想整到可以控制佢轉左或右

There is a parts inside the servo that is round in shape, the function of it is to detect the position of the servo turning. If you remove it , the servo would move all the way clockwise or anti-clockwise without any limit.

拆開4粒嫘c, 把齒輪個粒"的"切左佢, 個servo就可以不停轉

Yes, it look like a variable resistor, remove it, it will rotate all the way but it will not go back to the centre position!!
