I have the RC10B4. (2wd)
before i use 3000kv @ 7.4V -> Spur:78, Pinion: 27 ... FDR = 7.5
now i use 4300kv @ 7.4V -> Spur: 78, Pinion: 21 ... FDR = 9.6

DF03's internal ratio is 2.93, so its very high.

your current setup: (82/20)x2.93 = 12.0 (FDR)
to get to 7.5 (FDR), you will need: (82/7.5)x2.93 ~ 32 pinion.
