by using c clips pliers......
not easy to take out but you can try.

你只要有果個鉗去鉗果粒c夾出黎就好易整

actually. no need to take out for cleaning, unless the trust bearing was damaged.
you can use cleaner to remove the dirt and then re-lube it.
