標題: Gear ration of RC8Te with Novak HV Pro 6.5
I am a new hand here, I have a RC8T with Associated Conversion kit, the manual said the Spur is 50T and the Pinion was 15T, I used this setup always having the overheat problem. Please help

6.5R 3400kv摩打太高kv啦, 換隻2200kv左右會好好多. 我部一樣齒比行MMM 2200kv今日係MX Club玩左5組電都冇過熱同cut機. 仲要係飛爛左把散熱風扇潻. 如果唔想換摩打住就要試下行唔行到13t或14t. 不過我覺得對減低温度幫助唔會十分大.

呢隻摩打是 3672 級唔多夠扭力 ... 最好 11t 開始試 ... 又試換隻 4068 或以上大扭力摩打 !

thanks C-hing, what about if I move this set to buggy such as HB D8, is it ok ? Then I may get the Tekin RX8 for the existing RC8Te truggy

d8都唔係輕........我都玩緊d8不過用mmm + 2200kv摩打........用17t esc/motor都唔會過熱
不過點都好過比truggy用.........
如果d8用既話.....用13t開始試比較好
truggy都係用返正常1:8 scale既摩打1900kv~2000kv比較穩陣

It is not easy to find the MMM 2200Kv set at KWS, I saw the Tekin RX8 with 2650Kv, not sure this one is suited for my RC8te truggy

千其唔好.......2650kv唔係比truggy用架......唔夠扭力會好易燒
truggy行4 cell/14.8v用1900kv~2100kv左右既1:8摩打
好彩既話鍵全可能會有mmm combo存貨....可以去問一問

mmm係無感
rx8係有感
無得比較既呢
聽返黎.....mmm係比較少出現問題同出力較強.......但論操控線性肯定係rx8優勝
