就咁睇,
好有可能死 FET了,有FET 燒左,令佢 short circuit。
好多時 parallel 一串 FET,如果FET質素參差大,會令其中一粒 FET 大 loading D,
咁就會overload而死,尤其用低 turn motor。
FET 死係可以好難"他"的。佢可能全開,全關,或close時內阻好大(半開半關)。
因ESC有 brake ,好可能果粒 brake FET 係向前時已半 close,即係 short 左。
所以熱。
wo 120A and 4T, you must be using around 50C - 60C batteries right??
I thank the cable on your ESC should be ok, if the battery cable is the plug type, you can just buy 12AWG cable with plugs, if not you may need to buy a new battery!

First, I strongly agreed to jf813's suggested gear ratio.

Once I had a Novak 4.5 + SP ESC and the A,B,C motor gets really hot that they even melt the solder on the solder post. I emailed Novak and they said it could be the sensor unit on the motor failing. I tried another motor + same SP esc without problem.
So maybe you can try another motor, or change the sensor wire or just replace the TP sensor unit to do further testing.作者: chiyuen 時間: 2011-5-11 12:29
你用的 4T motor loading 太大, 齒輪比要高一D ( 9-10 ), 電變老化的速度很快, 行走時間要縮短, 正常行 ( 約10分鐘 ) , 安全時間為6-8分鍾, 不要行到 cut 機先收車, 電變 setting 可以幫到温度降低 , 所有 Default 不要用到最大, 如是情況沒改善, 要送去維修。作者: pkmarc 時間: 2011-5-11 15:47 回復 chiyuen 的帖子
進角, is on some of the motor, you can adjust the degree physically on the motor, normally have to un-do a few screws and turn to your choice of degree, and the effect is similar to Tubo on the ESC!
