It's a Tamiya M03 body - polycarbonate/lexan.

Hi minimini,
The "Mars" is painted on. I scan a mars bar wrapper, enlarge to fit the side and bonnet of the mini, then print in inkjet printer onto frisket paper. Cut out lettering and stick onto mini side, spray black paint, remove lettering, cut out smaller lettering stick on mini side, spray gold, remove smaller lettering and spray red, takes time, but looks good.
