normally we talking about drift, it must be a 4wd car (such as TT01)
for a 4wd car, it have 3 parts having a "ratio change"
1. the Spur gear vs the pinion gear (19-25 / 61 or 58 or 55)
2. the front internal gear (2.6 for TT01)
3. the rear internal gear (2.6 for TT01)
the first one happen on every car. Motor turn the pinion to turn spur. This ratio affect 極速/扭力(higher ratio provide higher top speed, lower torque; lower ratio reverse)
the second and third ratio normally is the same, because for a 4wd car, you want it to run straight, then a 1:1 for (front:rear) is the required ratio.
Then what is CS? CS is very simple, we change something to make the rear wheel run faster then the front wheel. Why we do that is to make it unstable, the make the rear push on the front so that the front have to keep in turn to make the car stable
you can imagine when drifting, the car following a curve path on the ground. The outer arc is longer then the inner arc, a faster rear wheel is needed to run a curve path continously.
usually we change the third ratio(rear internal) to make the rear wheel turn faster, you may also change something to make the front wheel turn slower(but usually not, I dun know why).
people talking CS 1.X is the rear/front ratio(simple maths). CS 2.0 mean when rear wheel turn 2 turn and the front wheel turn 1 turn. 作者: 聰哥哥 時間: 2011-5-23 15:53
其實TT01要改CS好簡單,前提改了CS你要有大轉向去搭配,因為兩者不可分開
