If you are desperate and only the nylon part of the nut is loose, this is an old trick you can try. Put a drop of CA in your front axel. Just a LITTLE! When dried the axel should be a little wider now and your old lock nut might still work. If there is nothing left of the nylon part is left then this trick will not work.
