Anyway, 自己玩 410, 由一出的 DEX-410, 到 410R, 再到 spec 2010 小弟都有捧場. 玩左咁耐, 多小都有d心得同大家分享. 借呢個帖, 亦非常歡迎各 410/4WD 玩家齊齊交流研究.

首先, 分享小弟的現役:

我最近收到很多PM 都係關於 410 的 Big Bore 油壓, 好多同好係擰緊個頂蓋時, 都會發現個 O-ring 好容易突出來.

解決方法其實好簡單:
用鎅刀沿著油壓蓋, 45度輕手批出一個斜位

完成圖:

做完呢個小工序, 擰緊都吾會令 o-ring 突出來. 提醒大家, 油壓蓋手緊即可, 千萬吾好用工具擰緊.

咁樣, 油壓就吾應該有任何問題困擾大家.

另外, 小弟提意大家一定要買原廠的防塵套. 防塵套令我的油壓跑完一日的情況下油壓油依然乾淨, 油壓芯 o-ring 壽命亦大幅提高! 實屬必入的 op

我都想買多部玩,但係你地Team Durango 係KWS邊間有貨同埋parts,師兄請PM ,DX410RV3,同DX408都十分吸引,買多部不二之選嘅Bugggy ｏ

另外一個重點討論, 就係410的牙差.
410 仍然係目前所有生產版本的電 Buggy 中, 唯一原帶牙差的車架. 而且 410 的波箱快拆設計令保養維修都好方便.

但係呢套牙差, 係裝砌時好多吾小心的同好裝完, 架車都變成向後行, 然之後就會有人話 410 吾好, 個麼打要反向轉,
其實...大家留意下圖, 三顆上緊差速殼的鑼絲, 正確的話鑼絲應該係向車底的...

此外, 為改善大傘齒的壽命, 有如下方法:
係付送的貼紙, 剪一條長條型, 再剪開成一小段備用:

跟住將貼紙貼係如下位置:

咁樣做的目的, 係減小兩粒啤呤係差速殼入面擺動, 你咁做, 以下的零件

講到牙差; 直軸的電 Buggy, 掃波箱大傘齒其實係必然的事. 對比其他廠家, Durango 已經非常好地原裝跟晒金屬齒輪, 就算你用上文的方法, 大傘齒的壽命會大幅延長, 但終歸都有入土為安的一日.

要徹底長命百歲? 係得嘅!

我呢幾年的經驗話俾我聽, 410如果掃大傘齒, 正常就只會掃尾個隻,
所以TD310145呢隻 CNC 鋼大傘齒, 係只需要一隻裝係車尾就夠.

Yes, I use shrink wrap. However the original plastic pc is the best, you just have to trim it the way like the shock cap before you are putting it on, if not, you may actually break it before you put it on.

I never uae short lipo with my 410 and I certainly will not recommend it, there simply no need to do so, the car are great as is.

另外由於 410 尾翼架設計較短, 我建議大家係風翼底再加一塊 Lexan 料補強, 咁樣風翼會耐用好多.

本來27號係高雄的比賽, 由於天雨關係, 改為6月3日. 咁樣, 下面的op 件剛好趕及.

原裝410 的 caster 座係 17度, 今次的op 21度, 理論上會提供更佳的 on-power steering, 我其實更期待佢係倉的表現

Great question!

以我的經驗, 針的確係無兩頭利~~ When you gain on-power steering by using a steeper caster block, then you will lost some off-power steering in return. However, you will also gain some stability on a straight line with more caster.
對於 4WD 係倉跑, 其實無邊個彎係 off-power, 又或者需要架車 off-power 好轉的地方, 所以我期待呢對 21度 caster block係倉的表現, 就係咁解

我都幫朋友完成部410V3,果四條油壓好正，但遇上D問題，裝Rollbar時果四粒波頭上唔得實條bar（用3mm機米上），四粒一樣，唔知可以換無？
