nothing special compared to what's around here in HK. e.g. money, winky, whimsy, rain (very hippy), reverse gender names etc...

I mean wtf. Someone probably has that for their name

The meaning of fanny / fannie you are referring to is the US meaning. UK version is even more

. I laugh every time I hear an American say fanny pack. However, Fanny is an old name and it did not mean what it does today.

The Hymen name is class though.
