標題: TRF suspension
Have any Ching using TRF suspension for T3 ? If yes, pls advise if you have opinion for spring setting for JV track. Tks!

I had been using TRF dampers with XRAY original springs on my T3 for over a year. Now I have shifted to VBC dampers and RIDE springs.

VBC fits T3 better, the overall performance is also more stable.

VBC damper set comes with 4 springs, but 4 identical ones, not sure of the "k" value.

Yes, you can continue to use the XRay springs over the VBC dampers.

The VBC damper set is cheaper than TRF. Yes, you must also buy the VBC ball connectors.

3.0 / 2.8. Each pair or RIDE springs have a certificate. You may find a pair of 2.798... etc.
