如果部放電機話要input 7.2-8.4 V DC 係咪要指要加多隻牛比佢ga?

No. It means, you need to use a 7.2v or 8.4v battery to power up the discharger. It said "input" ah, so it needs power to operate.

so, 1 battery to power it up

1 battery on the tray to discharge
