請問邊到可以買到Tamiya Twin Detonator, 之前見KWS創昇有, 早兩日電話問條76話唔知又話無.

$628. But I don't know whether it was the last one.

Two other shop in KWS $638 & $640, just $10 difference. Not difficult to find.

BTW, if I want to use Tamiya Black or 23T motor, what ESC could support twin motor.

Also, Tamiya suggest not to glue the tyre, anyone knows why 'cause we usually will glue the tyre and don't let it come out.

Apex 有隻 for twin motor , 可以 19T x 2隻 , 23T 應該 ok , $500 有找 , cat shop !

novak 有隻公雞係ESC面個隻都可以 , 但 $9xx

Thx. Bought the Apex in KWS, $480 for twin motor but they said not for very fast motor and better used two pack batteries although 1 pack is still OK.

That ESC output 12V when 2 battery connected therefore it's differernt story when comparing with touring car's
7.2V. And because of high votage you can't use too hot motor.

You can use 2 550/600 type motors (12V) in parallel and it will be very torquey and still reasonable fast.

Of course it can't be as quick as those E-savage as what you paid is what you got.

I'll be using either the stock white motor or Tamiya black (the cheap one) motors with 7.2 V. I'm not sure at this moment but the ESC I believe should be able to have enough power for these cheap cheap motors. For very fast motors, the shop told me that they ESC, even on 14.4 V, will not work well on them. I'll post up a report after isntall & test on the ESC.

Re Futaba MC 330 ESC, people from other site said it will definitely not work on twin motors.

Could anyone tell me why the instruction said not to glue tyre on Twin deonator???

Some brothers in this bbs (RC-Evo) said that they used MC330 to drive 2 "white skill pigs" without any problem. (see #6 and #29)
