My friend has ordered that for me too, (Again, even I hv US address and US credit card.... No deal... )
Since it is online purchase, tax is waived.. (Odd, but that is 美帝 style) ..
Shipping cost from USA is quite cheap, probably $60-70 US to ship to HK, so I guess $161US includes shipping cost from your friend.
Ship to Canada is just $45us.... But then service charge, handling fee, duty, tax from Canada will be another $30 or so .... So I just wait till when I go visit him to pick it up...
