Actually, I got this Kit from a C-Hing who bought it from A-Main. So that's not my A-Main account. That's why I said earlier I don't know how to ask A-Main for replacement.

But, I opened the Kit myself while the SEAL sticker was still on the box uncut. so I am sure the KIT is brand new.

and the region distributor never reply me.i ask team durango what should i do then, but never reply me anymore. However, my complaint post could be deleted in less then 5 mins earlier on. This is really annoying.

Team Durango is going to regret this.
i will post the complaint everyday.
See how many times they can delete my post and not letting other people knowing it.

我係一路砌一路發現問題

無理由同佢砌前一粒螺絲, 一片Spacer 0敢 check 0假
佢QC真係好大問題, 壞件照出貨.

佢地一定係叫你聯絡regional distributor，因為佢地實會
將個escalation channel射番去當地代理，情況等如你買左部iPhone有問題，
你send email 比Tim Cook都無用，佢都係搵個彈散覆email叫你去當地apple store 整，
當然，佢地delete 你個post 呢下就真係唔掂。
最好真係搵番放車CHING，係Amain 個order history 搵番個record ，之後問Amain 拎番個
replacemnt part. 我都好同情師兄你興高彩烈砌砌下先發現，希望你盡早解決問題。
