First time, Team C T8Re RTR would be better choice.. It is HK brand, most popular in HK, many c hings play, easy to get parts .
If you like big brands, (foregin) Serpent 811e RTR should be the best .. I think it is around $3400-3500 .. Associated RC8.2e RS RTR is always great, and super strong, one piece battery too, I think around the same as Serpent, may be a bit less, $3200-3300..

If you are in HK, just get at Team C T8E (Buggy) or T8TE (Truggy) at KWS. (Shop before you buy for best offer)
Team C is easy to get parts in KWS and cheap comparing to other foreign brands.
IMO, Kit version is better than RTR as you can choose the ESC, motor and servo you like.
But if you are newbie, RTR is always a good choice to start your RC journey.
