在下個Tamiya Bz23T motor 係玩多十鬆啲排电之後發覺慢咗好多，感覺上好似慢過隻黑豬。有冇師兄有解決方法？

銅頭 = had been cleaned by sand paper and rubber.
碳刷 = by inspection, around 10-20% of 碳刷 has been worn out
bearing = No ball bearing in BZ 23T

Hey brother, if you have checked and cleaned the motor already and this make no difference. I would suggest you to change a new one.

Do you have motor checker? If no, bring it to Hobby Hobby and check with the machine. if it dealt, buy a new one.

Still packing

, I have packed 10 boxes of toys and models, not inclub the RC.I am doing to move on Saturday. Hope to join TKO on next Sunday.
