your surface is to dirty or some oxide . so you must cleaningthe surface to solder area

I have never used 松香膏.

just like chopsticks said, keep 你支野 surface clean, apply some 鍚 to both surfaces, then solder them together.

if 你支野 surface is dirty, the heat can't be conducted efficently, it is no longer a 80w 野.

to keep it clean, you can scratch 支野 (when it is hot) on water soaked sponge.
