標題: 炭刷問題，救救我
各位師兄，我用緊一隻 "Z" 字頭既有刷8T摩打，唔知點解D炭刷D炭刷玩兩三排電就用完。
但係我而家用緊星星個隻"Motor Brush Set (Standard type)"，理論上應該唔會咁快用完.............

唔知有咩炭刷可以耐用D呢？或有咩方法可以令我唔駛再成日換炭刷

P.S.就算用D令速度比較慢既炭刷都冇問題

but u ar using 8T motor wooh....

even u use long life brush, u still need to cut communator head very frequently...

if dont want to do those maintenance, recommend u to use brushless or use Tamiya 23 T motors

我記得我以前用o個個 Reedy 8T modify 都唔駛成日換，起碼唔會兩三排電換一次咁誇張，不過都係兩三年前既事

我儲緊錢啊，剛剛先買左個 Cell Master，遲D又可能要轉2.4G，跟著仲要換Brushless...........
都仲未計Xray 07 個筆........

救命啊

希望各大師兄可以幫吓我，解決依個暫時性既問題

i think 2.4G is not that necessary compare with brushless

唔得啊，我個控係好耐之前既 EX-11......，個reciever一遠少少就收唔到，而家又無reciever 可以代替..........

所以我真係好想搞好依個炭刷問題，
或者最後我要換個慢D既摩打........

不過我真係希望有辦法可以繼續用8T加唔駛成日換刷(指三排電換一次個隻.....)

rebuild the motor(re-cut the commutator, clean up all parts, ......)

gordon i have a 3pm 2.4G which is very very new with box and everything,
u know i only have rc car in hk.... and i have not time to play rc car....changed to play mtb , haha..
if u want it i can sell u at 1000 when i back to hk at march

但我都係想快D解決個炭刷問題

SunLi兄講既方法我試過，不過結果都係一樣

如果各位師兄有用8T既話，可唔可以講吓你地用咁牌子啊？同大約幾耐換一次炭刷

checkpoint 8T, I forget the brush can play how many packs....but need to cut communator every three packs....too trouble, finally, I use brushless

我想問0下你話個碳刷無晒, 係隻摩打唔行;定係粒碳刷得返好短??
可以做0既, 試0下換軟d摩打彈弓; 或者改齒比.
你0既情況有d似用錯齒比.

星星個隻"Motor Brush Set (Standard type)" is not suitable for 8T motor. It is for 23T motor. It has high resistance and cannot pass high current or it will burn easily. Change to brush with higher silver content but will cost you about $80 per set. Also may need to change to harder brush spring as your commutator is smaller. If the spring is too soft it will create sparks which will burn the commutator and brush as the brush cannot get in good contact with the commutator. Of course, frequent comm. lathe is necessary.

RCrounder 師兄，我諗我個情況比較似你講個隻，咁我應該買邊隻牌子既炭刷好？因為我而家的係外國，冇辦法去KWS問。如果可以，你可唔可以去 http://www.rcmart.com，幫我揀個合適既炭刷？又或者如果你有其它網站介紹都可以，多謝你既意見！
