what other people uses is benzine. it remove any oil and dirt that stucks and sticks onto the bearing.
soak it in benzine for 10 min to remove any oil from the bearing.
after that, use bearing lubricant for the bearing. (WB40 will NOT work as it is simply a de-greaser!)

所以我係話用GZOX洗完再用WD40洗,唔係話直接用WD40洗.....
