Are you new to this hobby?  (I mean do not have experience driving a fast rc car ? )  
If this is true, please stick to the front differential first.  It is easier to control when you apply break (slow down in corner).

Of course, if you have the money, it is best to buy the front one way and try out which setup you like.

What I mean is the front differential is easy to drive.   Front one way is hard to drive.

(and the front one way will cost "some" money too, as it is from team-xray)

It is better to spend extra money on tire first    (you may need two to three set of rubber tire of different temperature)

One way is better for experienced driver. (for example in high speed high traction track, like those japanese track in their national race)

Front one way and differential require different driving style.  Front differential is more suitable for most beginner's driving style. (heavy acceration, heavy break)

Which is faster depends on the track and the driver style.  Sometimes the front differential is faster, sometimes front one way is faster, or front solid axle is faster.

Yes, one way is expensive, xray one way is even more expensive.

If budget allow, try the one way and you'll know the difference.

why not ?  beginner should use silver can ?  

I think brushless is quite good for beginner.  Their low maintanence is very suitable for beginner, only the high speed 4.5R is too fast.

But everybody wants a fast car.

Good suggestion.  But he already bought the stuffs.

Can the 4.5R set be tuned to a lower speed ?  (or make use of the transmiter setting to limit the maximum speed).
I'm not sure about this cause I don't have it.

I think it is better to make use of the 4.5R set than buy another set of ESC and motor, just for starting out.

It is good to buy one set of ESC and motor which you can continue use after your skill improve.  In the long run, it saves money.
( if they survive ...... )
