Receiver and ESC are the only major waterproofing items you need... Motor is not necessary and for the servo.... (well, use something cheap like 3003 should be ok... but eventually it'll die I ...
i have play 2 cars in water...both using a cheap 3003...none of them have trouble,
just put a 50 dollar servo in it...nothing to loose......

(well, use something cheap like 3003 should be ok... but eventually it'll die I believe.... but we still couldn't figure out how to waterproof servos besides spray some WD40 on the surface, not inside)
