this gear ratio will have higher torque.......as far as I can remember......it can use 18T pinion also.....forgot the big gear.......that will have higher speed.......

959一定要用Tamiya RX-540VZ R/C MOTOR?????

Let me explain again. In 959, you can not adjust the position of the motor. So gear ratio is not depends on what motor you use. It depends on which drive gear you use. The 959 comes with two drive gear. 41T or 40T. Use 18T motor gear for 40T drive gear and use 16T for 41T drive gear. The 959 can use motor with design similar to RX-540VZ Tecnigold motor.
