Buy new BL kit from RCMart

I bought some parts from RCMart before, price was reasonable and cheaper then KWS. But today I want to buy a new BL set (60A, Hobbywing) they informed me that the Hong Kong walk-in price is US$103 (=HK$800) an looks very expensive compare to street price. Can any bros advise the price for Hobbywing 60A + 8.5T motor + program card set price in KWS ??

Sorry one more thing, I mean sensorless...
