Can GP play indoor, if the day is rainning?

sorry..... coz we have to use some chemical stuff to wash the track, it can't be clean many time. Otherwise, the track and traction will be gone forever. EP touring runs rubber tire, it can't get the grip with the oil. so the answer is no.
