do you think touring car must run faster than buggy?

In general, on road RC car does run faster than off-road RC car...mainly due to difference in traction.

It is rather difficult to say which is 'best 1/10 touring car' and 'RTR'; since most of the 'best' chassis all require assembly, and 'RTR' is not an option that offered.

If you want 'best 1/10 touring' RC car in some form of 'RTR', simply go the KWS and ask/pay the shops to assembly a top-notch chassis for you.  But in some way, you are missing the fun of putting it together.
