I tested run mine over the past weekend too, 2 beep sound when switch on - confirmed mk II firmware but when I adjusted the feel and boost to different combination, I experienced couple of time (very shot period, maybe only 0.1sec eaych) of unsmooth feeling out of 6 packs of battery of runs. The feeling is like sudden "break" during low speed (first 1/3 of throttle) and not really stop the car as it last very short period of time. Will have to test more in coming weeks.
Compared this with the old LRP TC-Spec (not the SXX, but the previous version), I use the same battery (LiFe) with x12 6.5t motor on 416WE. Gear ratio was 32/105T with old ESC, and now change to 31/105T with feel=1, boost=2 or 3. The total run time was over 7min and now can only barely make 7 min (boost=2) or a bit over 6min (boost=3), single laptime does not change much but overall 5min laptime has been improved by around 2sec, it is more easy to drive at consistent laptime. Needless to say, it give a bit of "2 speed" feeling when I use boost=3 in the long straight, and after each pack, I found my LiFe pack is much hotter compared to the old time using TC-Spec.
