Brushless 17.5 question

Any race use 17.5R in HK?  

Which 17.5R combo would you recommend?  If Novak, SS17.5Pro or Ballistic 17.5 is better?

esc> speed passion 120A GT 2.0 pro (upgrade to 518 firmware)
motor> speed passion ver2.0 or ver3.0

RCF race!
Should be used 17.5T in Street King(Super Production) race.
Speed Passion 2.0 pro(stock mode) + sp 17.5T is recommeded

Duo1 or Duo 2 by trinity is the motor of choice for 17.5t

F1 can use 17.5T brushless

F1RCGP 2010 (HK Qualify Race)

That is before the advanced timing esc came out. Now with tekin or speed passion/hobby wing use around 5.5.

Now I'm using speed passion with 518 software and im at around 8 fdr with duo 2 10.5.

The speed passion is much more smoother than the tekin and hence easier to drive. But I like the speed passion more, because given the same straight line speed I have seen the speed passion to run cooler than the tekin. In the last big race I went to, the tekin smoked a lot of motors.

The Speed passion, you don't need a laptop or computer to make adjustments as well.
For novak motors, the ballistic or SS is good.
