Slash 4x4 binding

chings, when I play the 4x4 today, I reconize that the receiver is not responding ( red light flashing ) when I switch it on, and need to bind it with the transmitter. And everytime after I switch off the ESC/transmitter for battery replacement, I need to do the binding again. It never happen before, is any ching has the same problem ??
I use stock gear, no change.....battery are full charged , both LiPO/A123/NiMH.

Thomsa ching, yes you are right, I took off the receiver abnd clean the water, now back to normal la. But now I havv another problem about the motor damage bearing after today's play,  it's in my another post...
