Is the track condition of JV allowing the use of ride height of 7mm?

I am new in RC, I am setting my Zero S which was newly assembled.
My car's ride height is   7mm front and 7.5 mm rear, is it too low for the track condition of JV?
(By the way , my car's  downstops is +4 mm front and +3mm rear)

MY SETTING IS JUST FRONT 4 AND REAR 4.5MM TOO HIGH WILL BE CUP

thx ching. I've re-set the ride height to front 5.5 and rear 6. Test run it and feel the control of the car before lowering it to your recomendation.
