maybe just because I'm not "pro" enough, or not up to standard at all ~~

not much data available from web.

seems it's for some early ESC.

It is use to check whether there are any pulse come from the ESC. The old style ESC, it operate at the R/C system frequency and use pulse width modulation to control the motor speed. If the duty cycle is not 100% ( that means there is pulse from the ESC ) the motor is not operate at full speed. The green and red light represent forward and full speed ( 100% duty cycle - not voltage pulse ) respectively.

this stuff is for early KO ESC to set up the High point and the Neutral without the Motor.
( RM 7,CX I,CX II, CX III.....)
