Tamiya F103 + unknown conversion kit.

I think the only parts from F103 are the rear end, damper, rims/tires and body. Does anyone know the name of this conversion kit? It seems quite "modern" with front independent push rod suspension and multi-link rear suspension. I bought it about 10 years ago with some other F103s together, see other pics attached.
