it is real chroming. My friend has a chroming shop that does it.

its very shiny. I still need to refinish the shocks and perhaps paint the wheels in chrome finish? Will show you guys once i am finished...

he is los angeles but he doesnt chrome for individuals. However, if you are interested, you can send to me I can have my friend give "me" a quote and I could let you know. usually the more pieces the better. i am also in the process of chroming my two tamiya countach and also maybe a few of my optimas....

Thanks gvpower, but what I am going to chrome is some airsoft gun parts and those are made of metal, I believe that it is prohibited to mail them to U.S.A.. Anyway, thank you very much.

that might be a problem. if you are in taiwan, there are a few places that can do it. but you have to look. and if in china... easy to find chroming there. And yes, the chain is chrome finished as well. I left a few pieces in polished form to give some contrast like the engine so the car doesnt look too shiny...
