you know I will not think about will I buy it or not when I have enough money to spend, but after I bought this new swift, my wallet can even float on the water.
So I think I need to save some $$ sin. hahaha

Noway ! they are selling at 120

The $98 are usually Mantray Ball-diff, although it could be installed in a M03, it  is not the preferred one.
The $120 are TA03 ball diff and they are 'better'.

The different , as far as I can see, are on one of the thrust bearing, and the weight.

Agree! The Manta Ray ball diff set comes with an ultra heavy steel casing from TA-01 series. I think it is almost 3 times heavier than the TA03 ball diff casing, which is made from aluminium.

Yeah, I use the TA03 Diff.

BTW, M03 also have two different kinds of universal shaft.  The regular one and the assemble one.  Which one is better?  I have the assemble one.
