Those should be polystyrene, which the whole car was made of. Too brittle.
I would try epoxy. However, the most common epoxy in HK is Aralite, which is not too good after a few years.
The best epoxy I have ever tried was 'JB Weld', not very common in HK.
Do NOT use any 5 min epoxy , in general, 5 min epoxy is about 50% strength when compare with the slow cure epoxy (a few hours, depends on the temperature).
