i got it.....
flash like that.....
-white head light.....constantly on.....no flash...
-red tail light.....light on when car stop.....dim a bit when car run...
-orange light.....light on when start.....around 2-3 sec.....flash.....light off when car run.......
just like that if i'm not mix up.......

I brought two sets of this and still nib.  You may have a close look!!

The kit total consists of 5 pairs of lights, 2 pairs in front and 3pairs in rear.
