I don't think your need to change the controller (transmitter), you can use the same transmitter, just take out the mechanical speed control and the servo, plug in the (I think you mean the ESC) electronic speed control into the receiver. Set neutral, that is.

u mean it dont need the servo after chg ESC? or replace another new servo?
If you using the ESC, no need a servo, the ESC is a device connected between the motor and the receiver, it receive the signal from the receiver to control the power to the motor. So you no need to have a servo.

So, how about transmitter? Does the transmitter release only a throttle signal or breaking signal
receiver? I heard that " speed control unit"can make the car run with half speed. I understand how doesESC and MSC works. But can transmitter release a "half throttle" signal to receiver? Also the"half
throttle" signal is generated by transmitter and then pass this signal to Speed control unit to control the car run at half speed(it is like anlog) ? OR only the"throttle" and "breaking" signal (like digital) is generated by transmitter. Speed control unit (ESC/MSC) is a independent unit that control the speed ?

You seem not really understand how ESC and MSC works
Transmitter send analog signal in PPM or digital signal in PCM to receiver that both are encoded,
receiver do decoding work and separate the signal pulse into individual channel(change from 1ms to 2ms) .
ESC receive the decoded signal from receiver and according to the variation of the pulse signal which from 1ms to 2ms to control the speed of motor and the direction, 1.5mS is define as a neutral point so motor will stop within +- 20uS deadband...Speed controlling can be done by using PWM (change the Duty cycle ) or in other word changing the proportion of on/off time in fixed frequency for switching the Power MOSFET to change the average output voltage........not only half speed ,it can vary the speed of motor linear.
MSC only use a resistor to reduce the current via the motor to achieve the speed controlling.and it only have three speed and can not provide linear speed control
I hope these i have mentioned can give some idea for u...

What is your transmitter brand and model? Most transmitters can send analog signal, i.e., continuous throttle control and steering control.

Thx ! understand more . Does lower speed would provide higher torque on motor than faster
speed do?
