I tried Tekin + 8.5R (4000kv) + boost, it can be almost as fast as 5.5R.

怎樣setup,可否研究下?

Tekin + 8.5 setting:

Sensored mode
Boost: 50
Turbo: 0
Delay: 0
Start RPM: 37xx
End RPM: 22000
Gear: 84 / 21 -> 7.6
Motor temp after 8mins ~ 55C - 60C
Tried at TC last sat.

Tekin + 8.5 setting:

Sensored mode
Boost: 50
Turbo: 0
Delay: 0
Start RPM: 37xx
End RPM: 2200 ...

你果個boost係唔係 timing boost?,行50度?

lung1: 8.5T can run about 10 mins.
(I was at TC on sat driving a blue car.  I saw your GT... very nice!)

55 = max for Tekin

I choose 50 because I am not running any turbo.

how about sensorless motor

sensorless motors cannot use timing boost and turbo functions.  you will have to gear it like normal.
So for best performance for stock racing, you will need to use sensored motors.

I've tried sensored and sensorless stock motor before, it seems that the sensorless is more powerful.

Delay is the time turbo will kick in after full throttle (full 雞)

So delay = 0 means no delay after full 雞, turbo will enable
and delay = 0.2s means 0.2s after full 雞, turbo will enable

for my above setting, i have set turbo = 0, so delay means nothing.

I've tried sensored and sensorless stock motor before, it seems that the sensorless is more powerful ...

Double check your settings because sensored mode + boost + turbo is much much faster than sensorless mode.

    ching can u teach me how to set esc for speed passion. the factory setting has a very loud sound turbo or start punch crazy sound. and the second vedio i change the start punch to smooth but looks like no turbo. do u have any video about stock race turbo kick in? i heard when the turbo kick in it can go up to 1XXXXKV with good setting.

Set item #4 (DDRS) less than 7, the Boost/Turbo function will not kick in.  So set #4 to 7, 8 or 9.  I think it was a BUG in the software.  

You can control the amount of 'punch' using #15 instead.

I also suggest you try the motor with a load.  (At least install the pinion and mount it to a car).  that way it is easier to see the result.  also with a unloaded motor, your rotor may get damaged...  I broke mine before.

BTW, I have a HW, not speed passion.  but i assume they are similar.
