sakura s zero gear ratio一問

小弟想問下應該用幾多摩打齒較合適, 我係用sp6.5R, 行80/19T,  差齒38T. 其實係點計算架, 我都想知, 個Gear Ratio個表, 我都係睇唔明, 無提及摩打幾多t就用幾多摩打齒.

有無c hing 可以指點下, thx.

6.5 around 7.4-8.0 ratio
80/20x1.9 = 7.6
7.6 is within the range

    thx ching , 咁"6.5 around 7.4-8.0 ratio" 意思係唔係個ratio等同motor 個t。@@

use 6.5 t need to within this 7.4-8 gear ratio
if u use 20teeth that means is around 7.6
if u use 19teeth that means is 8

What happens when I'm not within this range?

I'm using 5.5T with 23T pinion  ----> 6.61
So far everything's fine,
ESC and motor are < 40*C after playing.

If outside the suggested range,
where does the stress go to?
ESC or battery?

different T have different range
u need to check with your motor data
if below the range, then u have stress.....coz your car is slow....kekeke
if above the range, stress will go to ESC and MOTOR........
actually if your battery is not enough C then u will over drain your battery too

use 6.5 t need to within this 7.4-8 gear ratio
if u use 20teeth that means is around 7.6

摩打每款品質和用在不同的場地等等因數可用齒比也有些出入，用在房車大約如下。

(T 數) / (KV/W) / (大約齒比)
( 3.5T ) / ( 9100KV / 600W ) / ( 9.6 ~ 11.0 )
( 4.5T ) / ( 7300KV / 500W ) / ( 8.4 ~ 10.0 )
( 5.5T ) / ( 6000KV / 400W ) / ( 8.0 ~ 9.4 )
( 6.5T ) / ( 5200KV / 350W ) / ( 7.4 ~ 8.4 )
( 8.5T ) / ( 4000KV / 300W ) / ( 6.0 ~ 7.0 )
( 10.5T ) / (3300KV / 250W ) / ( 5.0 ~ 6.0 )
( 13.5T ) / (2700KV / 200W ) / (4.5 ~ 5.5 )
( 17.5T ) / (1900KV / 150W ) / (4.0 ~ 5.5 )

(大齒 ÷ 摩打齒) x ( 皮帶大齒 ÷ 皮帶細齒) = Final Drive Ratio

TEAM POWER Suggested Gear Ratio Table and KV values:
3.5 T 9.4 10.0
4 T 8.9 9.5
4.5 T 8.4 9.0
6.5 T 7.4 8.0
7.5 T 6.9 7.5
8.5 T 6.4 7.0
9.5 T 5.9 6.5

YOUR INTERNAL GEAR RATIO IS 1.947
YOUR FINAL GEAR RATIO IS 80/22 X 1.947 = 7.08
I DONT KNOW WHY TEAM POWER SITE HAVE NO 5.0T REFERENCE, BUT I GUEST IS LIKE 4.5 SO IS 8.4-9.0
AND U ARE NOW 7.08 SO IS KINDA OVER GEAR

ANYWAY 7.08 IS LIKE 8.5T GEAR RATIO........ACTUALLY U ARE OVER GEAR

sakura s 係唔係用唔到細過6.5T摩打 ?
因為裝22T pinion 都有較大虛位,
其他brand 個spur gear mount 都裝唔落,
diy開吼就位夾硬裝又上唔過摩打螺絲,

ps. 真係好唔開心, 新車買返來, 除了bearing, 螺絲之外架車冇一樣野係正形唔洗執

I did use upto 3.5t...19 teeth pinon...u may need to grind a little bit of 2nd floor plate, cos some of the motor have a very right angle corner motor can
