On the track

Went to a local hobby shop, and tried out my car in their race track.  They didn't have race on that day, so cars in different classes ran on the track.

Here is my summary:

1. my car is slow, but my skill is not bad   really have to enter a race to race with other "stock" class to see if my car is really that slow.
2. brushless is the way to go.  Those cars were like they have unlimited power, and can pass other cars whenever they like.  
3. RDX is fastttttttt, great handling, great speed (yeah, brushless).
4. DSM is the trend, everyone is using it
5. thick wires with NO connector (direct connect) motor, esc, battery
6. TA05 may not be good enough to run with those guys... thinking of T2R  $$$$$$$$$$$
