電變電線和排電線非常熱
是否正常呢
請各師兄指教一下

上述問題已解決
但另一問題出現
插電後電變風扇有著
但沒有左右  摩打不懂轉

12號線叫做粗啦，我通常用14號線。

The smaller no. means bigger cable, e.g. 12AWG is bigger than 14AWG, also the bigger cable allows higher current passing thru at the same time, thus less heat!!

電容應該唔會點熱....我會建議更換電容及check下排電...(電變是否二手品?)....只係提議下,不知能否幫得上!

普通既可以買番hobbywing或 YR...大約$90, kws有, 記住要一for  120A 7.4V電變用...因為有D係比細A數或1 cell 用..

oh in this case, I think your ESC is 12AWG and your battery is 14AWG, it is not easy to change the cable on the battery, do you have a battery with bigger cable??  BTW, what A no. is your ESC e.g. 60A or 120A??

120A 用4t 摩打

齒比約7.8左右

一向玩開無事

但上次玩不夠四五分鐘  部車停了   吹一陣風有可以玩

就咁睇，
好有可能死 FET了，有FET 燒左，令佢 short circuit。
好多時 parallel 一串 FET，如果FET質素參差大，會令其中一粒 FET 大 loading D，
咁就會overload而死，尤其用低 turn motor。
FET 死係可以好難"他"的。佢可能全開，全關，或close時內阻好大(半開半關)。
因ESC有 brake ，好可能果粒 brake FET 係向前時已半 close，即係 short 左。
所以熱。

亦有可能用來控 FET ON OFF 果粒 coupler 半死，總之同 FET 開關有關。

依家只可以拆開佢，吹吹塵，睇下係咪有金屬 short 到佢。
如果都唔得，就要換了。

wo 120A and 4T, you must be using around 50C - 60C batteries right??

I thank the cable on your ESC should be ok, if the battery cable is the plug type, you can just buy 12AWG cable with plugs, if not you may need to buy a new battery!

Also make sure the fan of ESC is working ok, the car stop may be due to over heat, plus it is Summer in HK, so you may need a bigger fan too!!
