Axial just confirmed that they are not only working on but soon release the EXO 1/10th Scale Electric 4WD Terra Buggy Kit. Information are still vague but given the few pictures we found on the interweb and on Axial's homepage the EXO is what looks like a next generation desert buggy with long wheelbase, roll cage, futuristic body panels and of course a 4WD drive train.

RC Car Action just released a couple of nice studio shots that quite clearly show the overall concept of the buggy with front and rear independent suspension, long oil-filled shock absorbers, cool cage as integral part of the chassis construction, a funky tyre-tread-style quick-release battery hold-down and more. Also, given the pictures, the buggy sports an 1/8 scale buggy shaft-driven drive train with centrally mounted spur gear, an aluminium chassis (?) and scale features like lamps and interior.
